I'm Kim, the founder of Lipstick and Tech.

I am a remote Salesforce expert, blogger and online business owner. Lipstick and Tech was founded to boost readers’ confidence, motivation and inspire technology and Salesforce careers and knowledge, while fighting the typical male nerd archetype through style and femininity. As someone who loves fashion and comes from a unique background, I wanted to come up with fun products that really inspire me and the amazing female technologists that I speak to every day in my career coaching and consulting agencies. 

I believe that the power of diversity, thought and equality make for powerful solutions- and especially welcome the opportunity to work with minority women in tech, but love to help all! I created Lipstick and Tech as a way to encourage those who have been pushed away from other industries and welcome you to the community!
