Orders

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line on our contact page.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us from our contact page within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

All digital product purchases are final. You may not purchase these templates to modify and distribute, sell, or share in any way. You are not authorized to permit any third party to do, any of the following: (a) sublicense, sell, publish, post, display, distribute or otherwise transfer the templates or make them available online or for download. 

Shipping

Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 though, orders fulfillment may vary between 1-4 weeks. 

Unfortunately we do not sell products outside of the US. We hope to in the future, so stay tuned! 

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the country!

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us on our contact page with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, we’ll make an exception. 

Please contact us with your refund claim.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital download purchases are nonrefundable.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
